Patrol Pack
IMBA has some great suggestions for what to carry in your pack when doing a patrol ride (http://www.imba.com/nmbp/resources/patrol_gear.html), but some of that gear is more appropriate for backcountry patrolling than our local trails. Below are some suggested items to carry. Please post any addition/different items that you carry with you!
First Aid:
Nitrile gloves
Gauze pads of different sizes
Medical tape
Tongue depressors to make temporary splints
Antiseptic / antibiotic ointment
Ibuprofen (only give if requested)
Tweezers
Instant ice pack
Triangular Bandage x 2 (42″ x 42″ x 59″ ) -> great for slings/splints
ACE Bandage
Rescue Breathing Mask
Benadryl/After Bite (give only if requested for allergic reaction)
Mechanical Repair:
Multi-tool
Extra chain (9-spd) & Powerlinks
Tubes (2)
Tire boot
Patch kit
Electrical tape

Summer-specific:
Extra calorie source (e.g., Clif Bars)

Sunblock
Ammonia-based poison ivy/insect bite relief
Winter-specific:
Wool/fleece fingerless gloves (to work on mechanical and still have dexterity)
