Points System

Series Points - For a single race, first place in a category will be awarded points based on the number of entrants in that category. Example: Sport Women has 10 racers, first place will get 10 points, second place will get 9 points, last place will get 1 point. Buddy Work points - 1 point per hour worked, capped at 2 per race unless not enough people sign up, then it is open to who ever wants them. Charity Work points - 1 point per $5 donated with a max of $10 donated at each race, thus 2 point max at each. You can donate at each race. We are open for suggestions on the charity. Dirt Work Points - 1st place points from the race if you attend the scheduled work day for that trail. You can attend all 4 work days, and there will be something special for those that do, but you can only use two of them towards your series total. You only receive the points if you attend the work day that is scheduled for that trail after each race. We have a work day scheduled at each trail exactly 2 weeks after each race. Plus we are also using that date as a rain date for the race. If we have to use the rain date for the race, the work day will then be moved to two weeks after the rain date.
